The Highland Course at Primland has been named at the top of the list of best new public courses in its category in the U.S. in a poll conducted by Golf Digest and appearing in their January 2008 issue now in circulation.

ONEIDA - Four roads within the city will no longer be plowed after the first of the year because they are private property. Should Skinner Road, Golf Course Road and roads within the Westwood Preserve and Willow Wood Meadows subdivision not dedicate the private drives to the city, Mayor-elect Peter Hedglon said he will direct the city's DPW to discontinue plowing them.
